Subject: Change file hierarchy and rewrite makefile

- File hierarchy is now as follows:
    - /
        - appendix/  < appendix source files
        - backlinks/ < backlink sources & builds
        - hapax/     < *.hapax source files
        - scripts/   < scripts, like *.js, *.hs, etc.
        - templates/ < templates for outputs
        - text/      < source files
        - trunk/     < assets, like css, images, heads, etc.
        - index.html
        - *.html
        - Makefile

-Did he add it to the pile of rotting wood out back, or did he chop it up for a bonfire with friends, or a cozy fire with his wife and children, or did he take it to the dump three miles away to rot there?
-Are these all the options?

-Walking in the woods one afternoon after becoming frustrated with his writing, did he sit on a stump and cry?
