Comment out ligature.el
For some unknown reason (possibly related to https://github.com/mickeynp/ligature.el/issues/10), when global-ligature-mode is active and I switch to a buffer in some derivative of cc-mode, Emacs totally freezes. So I'm disabling it for now.
